Kevätkausi alkaa 7.1.2025!
Vauhdikas katutanssilaji koostuu eri tasoissa tapahtuvasta jalkatyöskentelystä, pysäytetyistä freeze-liikkeistä, voimaliikkeistä sekä akrobatiasta. Aikaisempaa kokemusta ei tarvitse olla. Breakdancea lähestytään tunneilla perusteista, ja edetään jokaisen taitotason mukaisesti. Hauskanpitoa, ja ryhmähenkeä korostetaan kaikessa tekemisessä.
Okko “Chokko” Soila on 23-vuotias mikkeliläinen Breakdance-opettaja. Breakdancea koko elämänsä harrastaneena ja 5 vuotta aktiivista opetusta Etelä-Savon Tanssiopistolla ja MiXStudiolla jatkaneena Chokko tuo Breakdancen mahdollisuuden nyt myös Mäntyharjuun.
Itse tanssinopetus tapahtuu hyvän fiiliksen kautta, ja kannustavalla meiningillä. Tunneilla tullaan tekemään erityyppisiä koreografioita, jotka jäävät oppilaille loppuelämäksi. Myös yleistä lihashuoltoa tullaan tekemään aktiivisesti, jotta vältytään lajin mukana tulevan rasituksen aiheutuvista riskeistä.
HUOM! Mikäli emme saa riittävästi ilmoittautumisia kahteen ryhmään, yhdistetään ryhmät yhdeksi.
The spring season starts on January 7 , 2025!
The fast-paced street dance style consists of footwork at different levels, frozen movements, power moves and acrobatics. No previous experience is necessary. Breakdance is approached from the basics in classes, and progresses according to each skill level. Fun and team spirit are emphasized in everything we do.
Okko “Chokko” Soila is a 23-year-old Breakdance teacher from Mikkeli. Having practiced breakdance all his life and having continued to teach actively for 5 years at the Etelä-Savo Dance School and MiXStudio, Chokko is now bringing the opportunity of breakdance to Mäntyharju.
The dance teaching itself takes place through a good feeling, and with an encouraging atmosphere. During the classes, different types of choreographies will be done, which will stay with the students for the rest of their lives. General muscle maintenance will also be actively done, in order to avoid the risks caused by the strain that comes with the sport.
NOTE! If we do not receive enough registrations for two groups, the groups will be combined into one.
