Tarvitsemme vapaaehtoisia monissa eri tilanteissa voimistelun ja tanssin parissa. Vapaaehtoisena saat usein työpaidan, pääsylipun tapahtumaan, sekä kanttiinipalvelut ilmaiseksi.
Tapahtumissamme, kuten näytöksissä, kilpailuissa, tai muissa liikuntatapahtumissa, tarvitaan vapaaehtoisia niin ennakkovalmisteluissa kuin tapahtuman aikanakin. Ennakkovalmisteluissa vapaaehtoiset voivat esim. jakaa mainoksia, tehdä lavasteita/koristeluja tai valmistaa esiitymisasuja. Tapahtuman aikana tarvitaan mm. lipun- ja arvanmyyjiä, kahviohenkilökuntaa, tekniikan hoitajia, ensiapuvastaavia ja järjestyksenvalvojia. Näytöspäivinä tarvitsemme myös huoltajia huolehtimaan alle 12-vuotiaiden ryhmistä.
Lisäksi tarvitsemme mm. matkanjärjestäjiä ja huoltajia esiintymis- ja kisamatkoille sekä saliemäntiä/-isäntiä huolehtimaan salien äänentoistolaitteiden toimivuudesta ja ensiapuvarustuksen riittävyydestä. Myös monet ohjaajistamme toimivat vapaaehtoisina, ja sinullakin on mahdollisuus tulla vertaisohjaajaksi johonkin ryhmäämme. Vertaisohjaaja voi kouluttautua ja sitä kautta edetä myös vastuuohjaajaksi.
We need volunteers in many different situations in gymnastics and dance. As a volunteer, you often get a work shirt, an entrance ticket to the event, and canteen services for free.
Our events, such as shows, competitions, or other sports events, require volunteers both in advance preparations and during the event. In advance preparations, volunteers can, for example, distribute advertisements, make sets/decorations, or make performance costumes. During the event, we need, for example, ticket and lottery sellers, cafeteria staff, technical staff, first aiders, and security guards. On show days, we also need guardians to take care of groups of children under 12 years old.
In addition, we need, among other things, travel organizers and guardians for performance and competition trips, as well as hall hostesses/hosts to ensure the sound systems in the halls are working properly and that first aid equipment is sufficient. Many of our instructors also work as volunteers, and you also have the opportunity to become a peer instructor in one of our groups. A peer instructor can train and through this also progress to become a responsible instructor.
